We were excited to present the SPOWIND project at WindEurope 2025, where the future of wind energy takes center stage!
Our poster highlighted how SPOWIND is paving the way for floating offshore wind development in the Mediterranean by addressing key challenges like technological constraints, fragmented regulations and complex marine spatial planning.
With our WebGIS tool, we aim to support smarter planning, align transnational policies, and accelerate sustainable energy transitions — all while balancing coexistence with other maritime uses.
