The Oceanography Center, University of Cyprus, in collaboration with the Institute of Communication and Computer Systems (ICCS), National Technical University of Athens (NTUA),, invites you to participate in the workshop of the project

“Spatial Planning for Offshore Wind Industry Development (SPOWIND)”.

The project focuses on exploring the potential for offshore wind energy development in the Mediterranean, addressing challenges through the use of Marine Spatial Planning tools and an innovative WebGIS online system.

The aim of the workshop is to present the objectives and tools of the project, to facilitate the exchange of experiences and knowledge among stakeholders, and discuss the opportunities and challenges related to the development of offshore wind energy in the Mediterranean.
